Anneke Lucas created Liberation Prison Yoga at the end of a thirty year journey of healing. A child sold into a sex trafficking network in her native Belgium she experienced years of violent abuse from the world’s most powerful in society. She tells the story of those years in the dark underbelly, the long journey to reclaim her innocent self, and the joy that arises out of the heart to heart connection with the many post traumatic survivors she teaches through Liberation Prison Yoga.
