With each breath we begin again. It’s not about right or wrong, good or bad. It’s about being present with what is. “It’s so simple and so profound,” Jean says. “When we breathe more fully, there is less tension in the body.” Kevin suggests taking two really good deep full body breaths a day. The practice of mindfulness begins right there.
