In Part 2 of Producer Walker Vreeland’s conversation with meditation teacher Kelvin Chin, Kelvin talks about how to overcome the biggest fear of all: the fear of death, so that we can live happier, more productive, peaceful lives. The first step, he says, is identifying our belief system about death— regardless of what it is. The second step is meditation, which helps us get in touch with our true self, the one that lies beneath identification with external labels and obsessive thinking. Kelvin also talks about his corporate background and the mindset that set him up for success and fulfillment.
